RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

1. What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges should be done within seven days of receipt of the item.

Defective or damaged items will be replaced by Shop Tilda without any further cost to the buyer. Chicify will evaluate each case to certify that the items in question are truly defective. 

Items may be exchanged within seven days with other items for sale in Chicify. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.

Furthermore, a restocking fee of 20% of the item's value will be charged to the buyer. 

Items that were bought on Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged. 

 

2. Can I exchange an item for a different item?

Items may be exchanged within seven days of the receipt of the item with other items for sale in Chicify. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer/customers.

 

3. Can I return items bought on Sale?

Unfortunately, items bought on Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.

 

4. When will I receive a refund for returned items?

You will be refunded 1 to 2 weeks from the time we receive the item being returned. Note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the item to be returned will be shouldered by the buyer. Furthermore, a restocking fee of 20% of the item's value will be charged to the buyer.
